Return Process

  Log into your Mega Mart Center account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the parcel.
